Notice: ALL Vendors MUST HAVE A Special Event License from the City of Tucson or a regular Business License with the city. Download the application here. Write "Special Event" on it and MAIL IN with a check for $25. If you attempt to do it online you will be charged 25.00 plus 11.25 based on the fact the event is in the last quarter of the calendar year. So please fill it out and mail it in with $25.
