SHOW HALL: The InnSuites Ballroom - Enter Early!! This show hall is smaller than our previous show hall.

Exhibition/For Sale and Grooming spaces may be limited.

Our vendor space is limited and will be on a first come/first served basis with a waiting list.

Rates Include: Full Breakfast Buffet, Daily Social Hour, High Speed Internet and Airport Shuttle.

There will be a 1 time $12.00 non-refundable charge for those who have pets in their rooms.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: The hotel offers 24 hour shuttle service to and from the Tucson International Airport ( TUS ).

SHOW HOTEL FACILITIES: The hotel has a complimentary breakfast and happy hour. There is also a full service restaurant located in the hotel and many restaurants near by. We want to hvae a good relationship with this hotel; please help us to maintain htat relationship. Take extra care to clean up litter, food and protect the rooms from spraying adult cats.

DIRECTIONS TO HOTEL:

From the I-10 East, Exit at 22nd/29th Street and follow the frontage road to Congress/Broadway, turn right and follow to Granada. Turn left onto Granada, follow to hotel.

From the I-10 West, Exit at Prince and follow the frontage road to Speedway, turn left, going under the freeway to Main. Turn right on Main and proceed to St. Marys. Cross St. Marys and turn right into hotel. (Main becomes Granada once you cross St. Marys).

Note: All exits between 22nd/29th Street and Ruthruff are completely closed. There is a lot of freeway construction, please check with the Arizona Dept. of Transportation for update directions at ADOT's I-10 project website

RV PARKING: Prince of Tucson RV Park (520) 887-3501.

SHOW RULES/AWARDS: All exhibitors agree by entry to abide by and uphold the show rules of TICA. Show rules and registration information may be obtained from TICA Executive Office, PO Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551. Cost is $7.

REGISTRATION RULES: To register your cat with TICA, send a copy of registration certificate showing you as owner of cat with a 5 generation certified pedigree with a check for $12 to TICA, PO Box 2684, Harlingen, Texas 78551. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. Per TICA rules, you may show your cat one time without a registration number; however, the cat must be registered before any wins will be scored by TICA. This show will be scored for TICA International and Regional wins.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entries are payable even if cat is not benched and benching will be refused unless all fees are paid. Cats co-owned by members of different households are eligible for the "second and additional" discounts ony if a copy of the TICA registration showing the names of both co-owners is sent. Please make checks payable to Coatimondi Cat Club in US funds. There will be a $20 charge for returned checks, plus the original check amount.

JUNIOR ACHIEVER PROGRAM: We are offering the Junior Achiever ring to our junior exihibitors. The entry fee is $25.00 for one cat. The cat must be registered in the Junior's name and they must prepare the cat and show the cat in the show.

PRELIMINARY NEW BREEDS AND ADVANCED NEW BREEDS: According to TICA Show Rule 203.19, all Preliminary New Breeds (PNB) and Advanced New Breeds (ANB) must have a TICA registration number prior to any TICA show. No Preliminary New Breed or Advanced New Breed may enter a show with a "registration pending"

BENCHING: Every effort will be made to accomodate benching requests, but the club cannot make any guarantees.

CAGES: This is a "Bring Your Own Cage" show...each cat will be allotted a 36" space to bench in. If your cage is larger then 36" we are offering an additional half space for $18.00 - which will give you a total of 54 inches. We will sell pop-up tents for $20 to exhibitors which they may keep at the end of the show. We will provide a link to a photo of the pop-up cages for you to view. They are 30" square.

CAT SUPPLIES: Cat litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans and cat food.

EXHIBITION/FOR SALE CATS: "Exhibition/For Sale" Cages will be available to exhibitors only unless special arrangements are made with the show manager. You must submit an entry form for each "Exhibition/For Sale" entry...mark the entry Exhibition/For Sale across the top of the form. All cats must have catalog numbers to be in the show hall (whether named or not). Kittens MUST be 3 months old to enter the show hall. Kittens for sale MUST be litter registered and proof of age MUST be available to the club. NO KITTENS or CATS may be confined to carriers, either displayed or under bench, during show hours.

HOUSEHOLD PETS: ...over 8 months of age must be neutered or spayed.

HEALTH RULES: This is a non-vetted show. All cats must be fully immunized and tested negative for FeLV. All entries must be free of fungus, fleas, and ear mites. It is advised that all cats be bathed and groomed prior to benching. ALL CLAWS MUST BE CLIPPED PRIOR TO BENCHING.
